Great service, sorry I had to use it twice!

The 100% shipping insurance has been of great value due to the fact that despite to their efforts Ekster was not able to send me the wallet I ordered. The first order has been replaced by the insurance company, the second didn’t arrive completely either so they gave me a refund. That was a nice gesture although I would have preferred to receive the package I ordered .

Solving security issues

I was concerned about someone scanning my credit cards while at a department store. Cards are so thick that I needed a second Ekster so my spending cards are in my new one and ID and membership cards in the old. Different colors for each.
