The Ekster Wallet - VIP (sand) is my second Ekster Wallet. I was first introduced to Ekster Wallets thru my best friend and have been hooked ever since. I’m now a Eksterite forever
If you keep a minimum of cash on you and you need it handy this is the best thing going, it is very strong and well made. I have had it for a week and can say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Keep up the good work.
Used the Ekster TravelPack Vacuum Bags on two trips recently. Was able to use a carry on instead of checking a bag. Saved me 20-25 minutes in Baggage Claim.
This wallet solves the nuisance of having to remove all your credit cards out of other metal wallets and then picking the one you want while holding all the others and then holding the wallet open to put them back. This is much better!
The Finder Card for MagSafe has been a great addition to my daily carry. The MagSafe connection is strong and secure, and the card integrates seamlessly with Find My, which gives real peace of mind if my wallet is misplaced. The design is slim, lightweight, and doesn’t add bulk, while still feeling well made. Battery life has been reliable so far, and setup was straightforward. Overall, it’s a thoughtfully designed product that combines functionality with a clean, modern aesthetic.
I travel a lot and realized that spending a little more on bags and travel accessories has made my trips less stressful.
I purchased this kit last spring for three international trips and several within the U.S. I do not like to check bags, so I really needed vacuum bags that could hold a lot of clothes, shrink small enough for my carry-on, and a way to remove all the air from the bags. Ekster ticked all the boxes!
I feel the bags are a bit too large for my carry-on, which I believe was designed specifically for Ekster luggage. (I use Monos)
However, I did manage to get both bags into my carry-on.
What really surprised me is how the bag stays closed with a zipper! Make sure the zipper is pulled all the way to the top, and you will feel a light click. The small vacuum has enough suction to pull the air out of the bags, and it maintains a charge after a seven-day trip. There were a couple of months between trips, and when I tested the vacuum, it was still charged; however, I decided to plug it in anyway.
Overall, these bags and the vacuum are well worth the investment, especially if you're tired of rolling those cheap plastic bags or trying to track down a vacuum.
Lastly, the vacuum is compact and includes a felt bag to keep it and the charging cable together. If you run out of room, just stuff it in your shoes.
Wallet is durable and slim. The card fanning lever is both extremely useful and fun to futz with. Only think I would change is to have the flap over the money band secure with some kind of button or clasp
