Great device, poor charging

This device is great in concept. Fits in the Ekster wallet well and doesn’t seem to lose connectivity with my phone. My only bug bear is when I get a low battery alert in the app, I cannot seem to charge the tracker. This is my 3rd placement now, the two before just would not charge in direct sunlight. Thank goodness for the great customer service and replacing the faulty items.

I have had my wallet tracker now for two months. All of the features work great. I love the idea of it. My only issue is with the material that it is made of. I keep it the provided pocket of my Esker wallet and carry exclusively in my front pocket. Some hoe the tracker has developed cracks in the outer shell. Strange since it doesn't get bent.
