FAQ'S

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Larger orders must be processed via wire transfer.

Is there a minimal order quantity?

Yes, the minimal order quantity is 25 pieces per wallet/design.

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the fast processing times at our warehouse, it is not possible to make changes to your order after it has been placed. Therefore, please ensure you double-check your order before submitting it for processing.

Can I engrave or print my design in colour?

That is currently not possible. We precision engrave our wallets with a laser, a process where a very thin layer in the aluminium is altered revealing your design. On coloured aluminium this results in white engravings, on silver aluminium the engraving is dark grey.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from the United States. Please keep in mind in some cases shipping costs or customs fees may be charged. For a detailed offer for your request, please get in touch with our team by sending us an e-mail.
