How can I exchange my wallet?

We take our quality control very seriously, but very rarely there may be a manufacturing defect. In this case we are happy to assist you with an exchange for your product:

  1. Please enter the order number provided in your order confirmation email (e.g. EKSTER-#12345 or EKSTER-12345), as well as the email address used for your purchase here.
  2. After you have filed the request, please make sure to read the follow-up email thoroughly as the next steps are presented there.
