My order is in pre-shipment

  • If your tracking information has been in pre-shipment for more than 4 business days, please contact us at nest@ekster.com. It can be possible that there has been an issue with the pick-up of the carrier.
How do I cancel/change my order?
  • If you want to make any changes to your, please reach out to us at nest@ekster.com within 24 hours. Please note, once the order is processed we cannot make any promises that we have the ability to change it.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after it is already processed, this will be treated as a regular return.
