My order is in pre-shipment

  • If your tracking information has been in pre-shipment for more than 4 business days, please contact us at We’ll check if there’s been an issue with the pick-up on the carrier’s end.

How do I cancel/change my order?
  • If you want to make any changes to your, please reach out to us at within 24 hours. Please note, once the order is processed we cannot make any promises that we have the ability to change it.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after it is already processed, this will be treated as a regular return.
