My order is in pre-shipment
- If your tracking information has been in pre-shipment for more than 4 business days, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll check if there’s been an issue with the pick-up on the carrier’s end.
- If you want to make any changes to your, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Please note, once the order is processed we cannot make any promises that we have the ability to change it.
- If you wish to cancel your order after it is already processed, this will be treated as a regular return.
