Need to return your item? No problem. You can return your item within 100 days of purchase. We offer free returns for customers in the US, Canada and the UK. For other regions, please see our return policy. For larger items such as backpacks, a transaction fee of $15 will be charged for returns.
What is Ekster’s warranty policy?
All our wallets and accessories come with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it’s normal for some issues to arise during production. Our 1 year warranty policy protects your purchase from any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of use. Backpacks and add-ons have a two year warranty from the moment of purchase.
